By accessing or using VSBO ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

VSBO is a vision board application that helps users visualize and track their goals. The service includes personalized image generation, goal tracking, daily affirmations, and personalized vision board creation.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

VSBO offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

  • Free Tier: Limited access to features including one vision board
  • Pro Tier: Unlimited access to all features
  • Lifetime Access: One-time purchase for permanent Pro access

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. For any billing issues, please contact the app store through which you made your purchase.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service. You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

7. Generated Content

The App uses automated technology to generate images and content. While we strive for quality, generated content may not always meet your expectations. You understand that generated images are created based on your inputs and may vary in quality and accuracy. We do not guarantee specific results from these features.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by VSBO and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VSBO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms in the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
